Our Cancellation Policy

At SK Tours and Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to all customers:

1. Advance Cancellations: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund without any cancellation charges.

2. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, or failure to show up for the ride, will not be eligible for a refund.
