1. Cancellation Eligibility: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund with no deduction.

2. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

3. Late Cancellations / No-Show: Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride or for no-shows at the pickup point.
